Todd and Gregg bring a vast array of experience to each and every development opportunity. Both were raised in the heavy construction industry, working in their father's company from a young age. Having done the work in the field that they now contract with third parties to perform, they bring first-hand knowledge earned literally in the trenches, performing the scopes of work required to execute projects successfully. It is a perspective most others in the development space rely on third parties to provide.

The Malphrus team has worked with local, regional, and national homebuilders to develop over 10,000 lots throughout the southeastern United States. They have also worked with local, state, and federal governments on projects ranging from water and sewer plants to major interstate interchanges, airport expansions, and disaster recovery, as well as constructing or renovating over twenty golf courses throughout the Southeast and working with partners in the Turks and Caicos Islands and St. Kitts.
